Job Title: Placement Coordinator Organization: Udayan Care Location: Head Office, CR Park, South Delhi Reporting to: Assistant Manager and Sr. Manager Job Summary: The Placement Coordinator is responsible for bridging the gap between students and industry by facilitating internship and job opportunities. This role involves building relationships with companies, organizing placement drives, guiding students in career planning, and ensuring successful placements. The coordinator plays a key role in improving the employability of students and achieving set program’s placement targets. Key Responsibilities: Industry Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with industries, companies, and recruitment agencies. Liaise with companies to understand their hiring requirements and job openings. Secure internship and placement opportunities for students. Student Support & Preparation: Guide students in resume building, interview skills, and overall career counseling. Conduct workshops & activities, and mock interviews to prepare students for job interviews. Provide students with information about the latest industry trends and job market demands. Database & Reporting: Maintain placement related databases Track placement progress and create detailed fortnightly reports. Gather feedback from students and employer’s post-placement for continuous improvement. Help to placement lead to make monthly placement report. Collaboration: Work closely with assigned IT Centres to ensure students’ skills align with industry requirements. Coordinate with alumni and leverage their network for placement opportunities. Plan filed visits to mobilise the employers. Represent the organization at external career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities. Educational Background: Any Bachelor’s degree Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or related fields. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to network and build relationships with industry partners. Organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and database management tools. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. Key Competencies: Team player with excellent coordination abilities. Adaptability and ability to handle multiple tasks. Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure. Empathy towards students and a desire to help them succeed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
