- JOB POSITION
- Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Associate Architect, who will be responsible for all requirement analysis for our leader communications. The incumbent will report to Manager - Communications and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Hands-on experience in EIB, Studio & Core Connectors
- Should have the ability to lead the team and other stakeholders
- Need to enhance existing Workday integrations and develop new features
- Responsible to be knowledgeable and working on Workday Integration framework.
- Work hand in hand with HRIS for ongoing production support and enhancements.
- Knowledgeable about JIRA
- Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner, reporting progress to managers
- Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions Qualifications
- Experience in Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence, Performance Management, and Recruiting.
- Hands-on in design, estimation and take end-to-end responsibility of delivery.
