**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain Workday Revenue Management solutions to optimize financial processes and reporting.
- Oversee the implementation and customization of Workday HCM modules to meet organizational needs.
- Provide expertise in Workday Integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead the design and development of Workday integrations using Workday Studio EIB and other tools.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of Workday solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities to recommend improvements.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis design coding testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that Workday solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Document technical specifications configurations and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Workday Revenue Management Workday HCM and Workday Integrations.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Show proficiency in using Workday Studio EIB and other integration tools.
- Have a background in Finance & Accounting which is a nice to have skill.
- Display a strong understanding of data integrity and security best practices.
