Position**:Accounts Executive(Male)**

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Prepare and check invoices before sending to customers.
- Follow up of invoices, supplier bill check, vendor payments.
- Petty cash expenses.
- Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Payroll records of employees
- Full and final settlement of employees.
- All bank related tasks/ bank work/ bank statements.
- PF calculation, TDS knowledge.
- All accounting work.
- Maintain asset details of the company.

**Education and Skills**

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related / B.Com (essential).
- 1 year of accounting work experience (essential).
- Hands-on experience working with general ledgers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office.
- 2 Wheeler is mandatory.

**Skills **:Proficient in mathematics, Skilled in communication, Well-versed in MS Word,

MS Excel and other accounting-related software.

Location : Baner, Pune

Salary : 8k to 14k

Experience : 1 to 2 Years
