Position**:Account & Tax Executive**

Location: Baner, Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Independently handle Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and GST Audit of clients (with senior-level support as required).
- Manage Direct & Indirect Taxation work including TDS and Advance Tax compliance.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for Individuals, Firms, Companies, and LLPs.
- Oversee accounting and finalization of books of accounts.
- Independently handle annual secretarial compliances for Private Limited companies.
- Manage transactional advisory assignments.
- Coordinate with clients, resolve queries promptly, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Independently handle tax and statutory audits with accuracy and efficiency.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- CA Fresher or CA Drop out, B.Com in Commerce/Finance/Accounts; M.Com/MBA (Finance/Accounts) preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Excel, Word, and Tally/other accounting software..
- Academic Background: Strong academic record with a positive work attitude.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.

**Technical Skills Required**
- GST computation and return filing.
- TDS computation and return filing.
- ITR filing for various entities.
- Accounting & financial statement finalization.
- Independently handle tax & statutory audits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
