RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily:

- Prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts.
- Prepare revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain financial data bases, computer software systems (Tally, Excel, and Word) and manual filing systems.
- Handling Petty cash and making receipt and payment voucher.
- Looking after office administration and Purchases.
- Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
Monthly:

- Preparation, Payments and Filing of Monthly Statutory Returns (GST,TDS,PF,PT)
- Preparation and Submission of Monthly Stock Statement to the Bank.
- Preparation of Monthly Salary sheet and processing of payments
- Handling clients, Vendors and service provider's payments.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.

**Skills**:Microsoft Office, Accounting, Tax Preparation, Financial Statements, Budgeting & Forecasting, Finance, (Tax, TDS), Tally-ERP9

Knowledge/Experience/Skills:
*Experience reviewing and analyzing work for appropriate accounting treatment
*Experience performing basic issue resolution; gains exposure to the resolution of complex issues
*Strong bias on executing controls and assessing their effectiveness, makes recommendations to improve upon areas of concern
*Proactively builds relationships with business partners
*Knowledge of current accounting concepts
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Results orientated with an ability to work under pressure and have a structured approach to deliverables
*Robust understanding of MS Excel and financial/ERP systems,
Progressive accounting experience preferably in a large, global environment.
*Prior experience in supporting business process transitions and process improvements projects
*Capable of working within a changing environment with excellent analytical, planning and organization skills
*Focused on achieving key outputs, with a sense of urgency and in a professional manner

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
