**IT infrastructure Management**:
- Maintain entire IT infrastructure which includes Network switches, servers, Wireless access

GUI, EUC systems etc.

Management of Asset Data base and Co-coordinating and tracking for any movements in IT assets.

Ensuring proper budgeting for IT infrastructure requirement at the

start of the year and co-ordination for on time delivery.

**Spares Management**:
- Maintaining adequate inventory of spares and consumables towards IT assets and repository of software to ensure smooth operations related to IT and ensuring proper budgeting and proprietary aspects in usage and procurement.

Identifying and developing IT spares for plant level operations and procurement of IT spares.

Exposure to SAP environment like making PR in SAP for procurement of IT assets.

**Review of Local IT FMS team**:
- Lead and Co-ordination with team of IT- FMS (Facility Management Services) deployed at site and tracking of SLAs, timely resolution of IT issues (Daily review with IT FMS team).

Doing the proper analysis of the issue and taking/ suggesting actions to be taken to eliminate/ reduce the probability of the issue in future.

**Vendor Management**:

resolution of issue and providing/ suggesting intermediate solutions so that operations do not get affected [Maintenance and Usage of escalation matrix]. Ensure timely payments of the services taken from vendors.

**Maintenance and upkeep of the critical servers**:
- Maintaining proper maintenance schedule for all network and critical servers and ensure the proper and timely maintenance activities as per standard guidelines.

Maintaining check list of the entire IT infra for monitoring the health checkup. Co-ordination for any planned downtime.

Checking the health of the servers and taking necessary actions.

Monitoring CPU utilization, disk space usage, Memory utilization etc using Server Management tools.
