**Role Purpose**:
The MIS executive's gathers data from multiple online systems, analyses the information, and reports data to aid in management decision-making.

**Responsibility**:

- Designing and developing computer systems on time and to specifications.
- Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Developing strategies
- Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in IT systems (Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency).
- Analyzing operations
- Making suggestions for improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues. Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Provide customer support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution.
- Provide training and guidance to line workers to accomplish production goals.

**Skills Required**:

- Detailed knowledge of computer and IT systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

**Qualification Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
