Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a recruitment consultancy, with a focus on non-IT roles.

Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of client requirements and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

Communication Skills:
Organization & Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, social media, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating initiative and independent decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications: Educational Background: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Industry Experience: Experience in recruitment consultancy or non-IT recruitment is highly desirable.
