**Role**: Talent Acquisition Head

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy across all levels.
- Develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Build and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
- Manage employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.

**Requirements**:

- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in **talent acquisition / recruitment**, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of hiring for healthcare, clinical, or multi-location organizations (preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
