Roles and Responsibilities
- Read announcements in CS & Sales Team Announcement.
- Go to our social media platforms (Telegram, Discord, FB, twitter, Instagram & Tiktok Official page) make Sure to leave comments or make reactions such as likes, heart and etc to our new postings.
- Send reminder to your customers through telegram, messenger, whatsapp, etc to complete their daily tasks in VSTMEX APP. To earn daily rewards. And remind them to practicing trading by Demo and watch the live streaming.
- Sales Agents must complete their daily tasks in VSTMEX platform.
- Start Sending invites to prospect team members/clients
- Answer questions & queries of the clients.
- Attend the daily training via Google Meet
- Do trading in VSTMEX with demo on daily basis, trade oriented and motivated in order to introduce our platform better and persuade users to top up and do trade on platform.
- Create good relationship with key potential customers, constantly input the benefits of the company's platform products, constantly improve communication skills, regularly receive sales training from sales managers, improving customer conversion rate and order closing rate.
- Any graduate
- Strong knowledge in community building. Intermediate level is an advantage.
- With at least more than 6 months experience in inbound and outbound sales is required, people with blockchain, insurance, financial products sales experience preferred.
- Expert in using social media tools and networking
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Result and goal oriented person who can achieved assigned target

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,839.60 per month

Schedule:
