Job Title: Tele caller

Department: Customer Service/Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing a positive customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Record and maintain accurate information about customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their queries have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Provide information on product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Assist in generating leads and identifying potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or tele calling role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using computers and customer management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
