To ensure all incoming and outgoing stock being received or shipped as per the company policy and process.

**Specific Responsibilities And Duties**
- Acting as one point of contact to ensure that the stores & inventory division run smoothly and efficiently
- Inspecting the physical condition and count or measure the quality and weight of all items or supplies at the time they are received and before they are placed in storage.
- Receiving goods and verifying them against the purchase orders with respect to quantity, quality, short shipments and/or duplications, and documenting any discrepancies
- Delivering goods received to the location that are specified on the purchase orders
- Maintaining an up-to-date file of the receiving copy of all approved purchase orders. All purchase orders must clearly state the status of delivery (i.e., open or partial)
- Ensuring all deliveries being received at the designated receiving area only i.e. Stores or Office.
- Ensuring all invoices and/or packing slips are stamped with the appropriate receiving stamp upon deliveries
- Ensuring that the receiving and storage area is clean, accessible and safe
- Minimizing spoilage level and systemizing stock rotation as per Orders received.
- Safeguarding storeroom keys through security to against any unauthorized entries
- Ensuring all requisitions being filled on a timely basis in accordance with orders received.
- Ensuring that all goods received are stored in their proper areas and in proper conditions depending upon the product types at all times
- Performing other duties when needed
- Stock Management:

- Check stock availability in terms of consumables, spares, instruments, etc & maintain proper stock data.
- Coordination with Logistics-In & Out deliveries
- Inform the logistics team to schedule and execute dispatches.
- Coordinate with stores to arrange delivery appointments.
- Timely Delivery as per the orders.
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Address and resolve any delays or issues with delivery.
- Handle Exceptions
- If deliveries are not made within the agreed turnaround time (TAT), obtain and process revised purchase orders.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and communications.
- Provide regular updates and reports on order status to the team.

**Qualifications**
- Must be willing to accept responsibility of the storeroom.
- Must have a commitment to follow all Company procedures as they relate to the Purchasing Department.
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and attention to details.
- Must be able to perform all duties that are usually performed by the Storeroom.
- Must be a Graduate
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of stock, purchasing and inventory management experience preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
