**Store Executive**

**Experience**: 1+ Year in Biking Accessories, 2-Wheeler

**Notice Period**: Immediate or less than 30 days

**Salary: 3.21 LPA**

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Daily operations management of the store, including inventory control and stock rotation.
- Handling incoming store phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Conducting sales transactions, utilizing cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
- Ensuring the timely updating and maintenance of display stock.
- Supervising store cleanliness and organization.
- Creating engaging content for the store's social media channels.
- Planning and scheduling team leaves and weekly offs.
- Providing daily MIS reports to management.
- Conducting weekly stock audits to ensure accuracy.
- Training store staff and assistant managers on product knowledge and the use of ERP systems.
- Preparing assistant managers to take over store operations in the absence of the store manager.
- Maintaining regular communication with the EBO team and managers nationwide.
- Generating and sharing Excel files as needed for effective stock management.

Pay: Up to ₹321,000.00 per month
