1. Project In charge
- Finishing Works with 5 to 7 Years Exp:
JD:

- Design coordination with consultants
- Focal point of communication for all project stake holders
- To Co-ordinate with client and planning their handover dates
- To ensure contractors execute in time with desired quality.
- To ensure deliveries by purchase department are on time
- To Ensure Quality and Quantity inspection and billing of all vendors / contractors
- An eye and passion for perfect finish
- Prepare BOM ,BOQ and Certify bills
- Handle multiple projects
- Disciplined to get work from all associated vendors/ contractors/ team members
- Planning, co-ordination, reporting ability.
- Ability to delegate and extract work from contractors, labor and share reporting
- Overseeing the quality control and health and safety matters on site
- Assisting in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

Should be from an Interior Fit out / High End Civil finishes Projects background
Experience in high end finishes like Commercial buildings, malls, Villas and Hotel Interiors
Good communication skills
Ready to join immediately
Knowledge of MS Office, Autocad, is necessary.
Salary Range: CTC - 3.5 to 4.5 Lacks/Annum
Education
- UG : B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, B.Arch. in Architecture

JD:

- Design coordination with consultants

- Work front Analysis, Preparing Blocking points report and its effective co-ordination
- Overseeing the quality control and health and safety matters on site
- Assisting in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Conduct Quality Audit.

Should be from an Interior Fit out / High End Civil finishes Projects background
Experience in high end finishes like Commercial buildings, malls, Villas and Hotel Interiors
