As a Site Incharge for Sthala Interiors, you would be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of site operations related to interior design projects. Your role would include:

- **Project Planning**: Collaborating with the design team to understand project requirements and develop a detailed plan for execution.
- **Site Management**: Managing day-to-day operations on site, including coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- **Quality Control**: Ensuring that workmanship and materials meet the quality standards set by Sthala Interiors, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any issues that arise.
- **Budget Management**: Monitoring project expenses to ensure they stay within budget, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- **Timeline Management**: Creating and maintaining project schedules, and ensuring that work is completed on time.
- **Client Communication**: Providing regular updates to clients on the progress of their projects, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervising and guiding the site team, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
- **Problem Solving**: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during construction, such as design discrepancies or logístical challenges.
- **Documentation**: Maintaining detailed records of project progress, including photos, reports, and other relevant documentation.
