This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Junior Sales Executive. They will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, including prospecting, lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve collaborating with the sales team, preparing sales reports, and providing excellent customer service.

Package: 1.5 - 1.8 LPA + variables

Location: Madipakkam, Chennai

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Knowledge of the job market and recruitment processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- No travel
