**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Promote Ricolex Polymers' products to dealers, distributors, and end-users.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **Market Expansion**:

- Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Gather and analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- **Brand Promotion**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility and demand.
- Organize promotional events, campaigns, and exhibitions to enhance brand awareness.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers and dealers.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- **Reporting and Coordination**:

- Prepare and submit sales and marketing reports regularly.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pipes and fittings or construction materials industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
