Hiring Freshers

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Owner of the complete operational practice in the district
2. In charge of the lead conversion in the district
3. Responsible for the overall P&L of the district
4. Making alliance with different parties like showroom, cab union, used car showroom, etc to generate the potential leads and convert it as retro fitment/alternative fuel system customer
5. On-boarding partner workshop for retro fitment/alternative fuel system
6. Inventory management of retro fitment kits and components
7. Responsible for the timely payment receivable from the district
8. Hiring Sales Executives, Demand Managers, Workshop Manager, Mechanics and required manpower for the district with approval from headquarter
9. Coordinating with central marketing team to conduct frequent marketing activities to generate leads for the retro fitment/ alternative fuel system
10. Achieving 100% target in a month for the overall district
11. Developing efficiency in the workshop for the fitment
12. Recovery of retro fitment kits on a timely basis from the concerned workshop (if partnership cancelled)
13. Providing daily report to Project Manager in terms of conversion and instalment

Whom do we look for?

1. Automobile Industry experience preferred in vehicle modification and repairs or experience in alternative fuel system
2. Proven track record in managing multiple branches in day-to-day operations, B2C sales, lead generation and conversion
3. Having experience in coordinating with customers, lead conversion, kit supplier, workshop owners, mechanics is added advantage
4. Ability to handle the district in the absence of Demand manager, Sales Executives
5. Capable of handling additional district responsibilities for an unspecified period (if required)
