5.Recording and maintaining accurate customer information, including contact details and call outcomes, in a database or CRM system.

6.Meeting or exceeding sales or call quotas as set by the organization.

7.Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while representing the organization over the phone.

8.Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and facilitate the sales process.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
