**Job Title: Collections & Loan Processing - Executive**

**Location: Hyderabad**

Responsible for handling loan processing, managing collections, and ensuring smooth financial transactions related to property sales and loans.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Loan Processing**
- **Loan Approval Coordination**: Work closely with financial institutions to facilitate the loan approval process, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

**2. Collections Management**
- **Payment Collection**: Manage and track the collection of EMI payments and property dues from clients, ensuring on-time payments.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain regular communication with clients regarding payment reminders, overdue payments, and any issues that might affect timely collections.
- **Resolve Payment Discrepancies**: Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments and collections.
- **Report Generation**: Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on collection status, overdue payments, and overall portfolio health.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate or Post-Graduate (Preferably MBA)
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-4 years in a collections & loan processing role, preferably within the real estate or banking sector.
- **Salary**: 15-25k per month + Incentives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
