**Field Collection Executive**

**Summary**:
The Field Collection Executive is responsible for the recovery of overdue payments from customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach. This role requires extensive fieldwork, effective communication, and meticulous record-keeping to support the company’s objectives in debt recovery.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Debt Recovery:

- Visit assigned customers to collect overdue payments and ensure timely recovery.
- Negotiate repayment terms within company guidelines and maintain professionalism.

2. Customer Interaction:

- Communicate politely and professionally to address customer queries and concerns.
- Explain outstanding dues and available repayment options clearly.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of all collections, including receipts and updated account details.
- Submit daily/weekly collection reports to the supervisor.

4. Compliance Adherence:

- Ensure recovery actions comply with applicable laws and company policies.
- Hold and maintain a valid Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) Certificate as per regulatory requirements.

5. Field Visits:

- Travel extensively within the assigned area to meet customers face-to-face.
- Identify and escalate unresolved cases for further action.

Eligibility Criteria

**Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th pass

**Experience**:

- At least 1 year of experience in collections or recovery agency work.

**Other Requirements**:

- Own vehicle with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Must possess a valid Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) Certificate.
