At Beforest, we develop and manage large farmlands (typically 100+ acres) in the form of self-sustaining food forests and collectively owned estates or collectives that are economically, and ecologically viable. We offer individuals and families an opportunity to own a farm house in the midst of a forest within driving distance of a major city. Each estate operates as a single property when it comes to infrastructure, plantation and produce planning, with members having a proportionate share in the costs and profits generated. We currently have collectives in Coorg and Hyderabad and will soon be setting up in Chikmagalur and Mumbai. All produce grown at our collectives is based on natural methods and marketed under our Bewild Produce brand. We have currently launched our forest friendly Bewild Coffee as our first offering.

As an organization, we are inspired by the Permaculture Principles of ‘Earth Care, People Care and Fair Share’. We aim to inspire people to adopt a more sustainable and holistic way of living and consume food that is grown naturally and responsibly.

**Sales Team**:
Looking for salespersons from a non-sales background

**Permaculture Design and Farm Operations**:
We are looking for a design enthusiast with a purpose for nurturing planetary wellbeing, and experience in any kind of agricultural landscape, permaculture, or nature based solutions design work. Holistic concept design and on ground execution experience is favourable. Any other expertise beyond landscaping is always welcome and we look forward to exploring diverse avenues. We are open to different levels of experience.

The role would be of an ecological designer in the design team for the farms we work on. The team would be primarily based out of Hyderabad where our HQ is.

We’re looking for someone who is a natural at selling. As a Beforest tribe builder, you will engage in plenty of conversations with potential members who are undoubtedly nature lovers, such as yourself, but need a little nudge towards a forest-friendly collective that is waiting to be formed with their support. Understanding sustainable living concepts and translating them seamlessly to prospects will be your pivotal role in the team.

If you are a storyteller who can paint the picture of a green future clearly, authentically and efficiently, we are eager to meet you. In addition, you will be responsible for taking them through the legal process and assisting them with a smooth onboarding to a Beforest collective. Farm visits and conducting online/offline meetings with potential members will also be a part of your regular activities.
