**Sales and Customer Service Representative**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer service initiatives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in handling returns, exchanges, and warranty-related concerns.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous experience in sales, collections, credit card sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
