**Job Title**: Order Processing / Senior Sales Executive

**Reports To**: Client Servicing Manager

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition & Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients in various sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our AV equipment and services.
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements to close deals and maximize revenue.
- **Client Portfolio Management**:
- Relevant experience in handling High Net worth Clients
- Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Proactively address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM or other relevant systems.
- **Order Processing & Back-end Operations**:
- Efficiently process client orders, including equipment selection, delivery scheduling, and payment processing.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations for clients, ensuring all costs and specifications are clearly outlined.
- Generate tax invoices using Tally or Busy software, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and seamless delivery and setup of AV equipment.
- **Sales Reporting & Analysis**:
- Track sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and planning activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the AV rental industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and accounting software like Tally or Busy.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle is a plus.
