We are seeking an artful Interior Designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design. The goal is to design practical spaces but yet visually pleasing. This employment offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake the complete design process journey from concept to completion and support client at each step.
- Define project requirements and understand client expectations.
- Prepare finalized reference images/mood boards, develop sketches, 2D drawings and 3D renders as per site conditions.
- Suggest modifications, if needed and finalize the drawings.
- Assist in material selection and approvals from customers on finalized drawings.
- Understand customer budget and accordingly develop work order basis approved designs.
- Get the work reviewed by senior team at regular intervals and share the same with clients and communicate any feedback received.
- Final docket preparation with work alignment consisting of complete drawing set (2D & 3D), with approved materials, makes and finishes. Assist in client approvals and payment processing.
- Set critical milestones. Work closely with site teams, highlight any delays or challenges.
- Preparation of snag lists and rectification if needed.
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
- After work completion, assist in final handover to client.
- Assist in reviewing photos, attaining testimonials, handling social media accounts, support with video editing and recording detailed MoM.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduated from an Interior Designing or related program.
- CGPA in graduation must be 7.0 and above with no backlogs.
- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions).
- Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
- Knowledge of building codes, BOQ, MEP and Working Drawings.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Revit, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design.
- Time management, Communication and Presentation skills.
- Diligence and Attention to detail.
- Project Management skills.
- Adaptability and coordination with site teams.
