**Responsibilities**:
Academic Counselors for Lakhera Global Services Pvt.Ltd. Experience is a must in good counseling and knowledge of distance education courses like MBA, MCA, MCOM, BCA, BCOM, BBA.
- Able to give all details to students
- Convert prospects into admissions
- Good Communication and Convincing skills
- 4.Provide individualized guidance to prospective students and their families regarding academic programs, financial aid options, and campus life.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (education, counseling, communication, etc.).
- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or counseling preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of higher education policies, procedures, and best practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Admission Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
