Responsibilities:

- Initiate outbound calls to students or their guardians with outstanding fee balances.
- Politely remind clients about their overdue fees, emphasizing the importance of timely payment.
- Engage in negotiation to settle outstanding balances, offering flexible payment options if necessary.
- Address any queries or concerns regarding fee payments and provide clarification on payment procedures or outstanding amounts.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls to ensure that payment commitments are honored and to resolve any issues that may arise.

**Qualification**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional education in finance, accounting, or a related field is advantageous.
- Previous experience in debt collection, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information and negotiate payment terms.
- Strong negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to institutional policies.
