Job Responsibilities

Admission Counsellor
- (Tele counselling)
- Counsellors should be very clear about the pitching and they have to focus on the content of delivery.
- Responsible for calling to generate leads & admission conversion.
- Responsible for calling and taking appointments from schools/ college/ institutions.
- Converting leads into successful admissions.

1. Effective and Timely Follow-ups.

2. Handle Different student’s enquiries.

3. Make calls, follow ups & ownership

4. Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquettes.

5. Punctuality.

6. Respond to Student’s enquiries proactively.

7. Provide product and information to students.

8. Route calls to appropriate resources in case of escalation.

NOTE: ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES REQUIRED

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,724.06 - ₹24,905.94 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)
