**Key Responsibilities**:

- Bid on various freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.)
- Generate leads and communicate effectively with clients
- Write customized proposals to convert leads into projects
- Coordinate with the technical team for project estimations and delivery planning

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in online bidding or business development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of IT services and client requirements
- Ability to work in a **hybrid model** from our **Zirakpur office**
