**Job Title**: Upwork Bidder For SEO Agency

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify SEO-related projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and similar marketplaces.
- Craft customized, persuasive proposals tailored to each client's needs and project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with prospective clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Maintain and update profiles on freelance platforms to showcase our expertise and previous work.
- Collaborate with the team to gather relevant project information and insights for proposal writing.
- Negotiate project terms and secure contracts that align with agency goals.
- Track and analyze bidding success rates and implement strategies for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with long-term clients for repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bidder, business development executive, or similar role in an SEO/digital marketing domain.
- Strong understanding of SEO services, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write customized, client-focused proposals that stand out.
- Familiarity with Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of securing projects.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in an SEO or digital marketing agency.
- Familiarity with additional digital marketing services like PPC, content marketing, or social media management.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies for SEO services on freelance platforms.
