**Job Title: BIM Electrical Engineer**

A BIM Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the following tasks:
1) Develop a 3D schematic and detailed models for electrical systems from 2D CAD, Schematic design drawings. This may include developing parametric models that are client specific or a VADSoft library requirement.

3) Produce layout drawings or fabrication drawings for the above created models.

4) Preparation of Revit based family

5) Perform BIM coordination amongst different building systems using tools like Navisworks, BIM 360

Glue, BIM Track etc. Run BIM enabled coordination meetings between different trades (MEPF, Skin,

Structures, Interiors, and Site). Produce clash detection reports and notify the different trade teams.

6) Perform Quality Control Checks on the Models to verify:

- Accuracy with regards to Design & Construction Documents
- Model rationality: Error free model, no duplication of information, highlighting omitted data, etc.

7) Change Analysis and change management through BIM 360 or Bluebeam Studio

8) Use Model for Schedules, Quantity analysis & Cost tracking

9) Maintain RFI’s and Change Orders.

10) Resolve constructability issues

**Skills and Qualifications requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, structural and civil construction documents and ability to read them effectively.
- Proficiency in Revit & Navisworks
- Knowledge of construction management issues
- Ability to work independently and connecting the dots to find an appropriate solution
- Excellent listening, learning & communication skills.
- A good Team player
- Honest and diligent in one’s work
- 1+ year experience in Revit Suite of products (Revit MEP)
- 1+ year experience in Navisworks
- 1+ year experience in AutoCAD based products (AutoCAD architecture, AutoCAD MEP)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

First and 3rd Saturday of each month: 9.30am to 6.30pm

Working hours may extent upon deadlines, workload & individual task completion time
