**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware components such as desktops, laptops, servers, printers, scanners, and networking devices, operating systems, and other IT infrastructure components.
- Troubleshoot hardware/Software issues and perform repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Ensure the security and integrity of hardware systems by implementing appropriate measures such as antivirus software, firewalls, and encryption.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware-related problems, including software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Configure and maintain VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) and other remote access solutions for secure connectivity. Monitor hardware/Software performance and identify opportunities for optimization or improvement.
- Maintain inventory records of hardware assets and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in hardware and IT to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.
- Document hardware configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for reference and training purposes.
- Assist in the procurement of hardware equipment by researching vendors, obtaining quotes, and evaluating products based on performance and cost-effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining hardware infrastructure in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components, including processors, memory, storage devices, and peripherals.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware issues and performing repairs or replacements.
- Familiarity with networking principles and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and routing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
