Job Description:
Support Head - Security in the execution of security and safety procedures and smooth functioning of security operations in mall area.

*Maintain overall safety of Gardens Galleria Mall including all Food & Beverages Restaurants / Outlets / Food Court and makes sure that everyone acts accordingly to avoid mishaps that may happen when things go out of control.

*Taking preventive measures to ensure that no untoward incident occur within mall.

*Defuse and de-escalate situations wherein patrons under influence of alcohol show hostile behaviour with the employees (Retailer / ECL) and ensure that there is no damage to the property / brand (Retailer /ECL).

*While maintaining cordial relations with the retailers/guests, it must be ensured that they themselves are not under influence of alcohol while discharging their duties within the premises of Entertainment City Limited. In case, anybody is found to be under the influence of alcohol or taking undue favour from guests/retailers, strict disciplinary action including termination from service, would be taken against the employee concerned.

*If a customer is injured during an ejection, the matter should be reported to the police immediately after informing the HOD. Regardless of the circumstances, if required, an injured person should be given immediate emergency medical aid.

*Also, there can be a situation, wherein several patrons are involved in some sort of altercation, it must be ensured that all of them are escorted out from the premises of Entertainment City Limited without any damage to the property.

*Ensure all entry/ exit points in the Gardens Galleria is under surveillance to ensure that no undesirable element or unauthorized material / person enters through the access points. Ensure checking and frisking at the entries is being carried out properly and CCTV system is operational.

*Ensure that the material going out/coming in is moving on proper gate pass as applicable.

*Incumbent must be properly groomed and in company uniform as per the company standards and lapses in this regard would be dealt strictly.

*To patrol the area of responsibility, observe the activities of workers, staff, guests and report all unwarranted activities.

*Ensure Security Supervisors and Security Guards are alert and are at the deployed posts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
