**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Receiving and Inspection**: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and verify the accuracy of shipments against purchase orders.
- **Inventory Management**: Accurately record and update inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report any discrepancies or issues.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with customer requirements and company standards.
- **Storage and Organization**: Store products in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and organization to facilitate easy retrieval and maximize space efficiency.
- **Safety and Maintenance**: Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions.
- **Customer Service**: Assist with customer inquiries, handle returns or exchanges, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and other relevant data. Prepare reports as needed for management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other warehouse staff, delivery drivers, and departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
