**Responsibilities**:
1. **Logistics Management**:

- Plan and coordinate transportation of raw materials, components, and finished products to and from manufacturing facilities.
- Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor shipment schedules and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

2. **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and products.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to forecast inventory needs and ensure availability of materials.

3. **Warehouse Operations**:

- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
- Implement best practices for inventory storage, picking, and packing.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse facility.

4. **Vendor Management**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve cost savings and quality improvements.
- Evaluate vendor performance and address any issues or concerns.

5. **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions in logistics and stores operations.
- Implement initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on departmental performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

**Key Skills**
- Proven experience 2 years in logistics and stores management, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles, transportation regulations, and inventory management best practices.
- Proficiency in using logistics and warehouse management software systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,756.60 per month
