We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the three co
**Responsibilities**:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the founders' schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Meeting Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access to important documents and information.
- Project Support: Assist with various projects and initiatives, providing research, analysis, and administrative support as needed.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
- Expense Management: Manage expense reports and reimbursements for the founders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing company events, conferences, and team gatherings.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Provide additional administrative support and perform other duties as assigned by the founders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives or founders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in work.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take initiative.
- Previous experience in [industry/niche] or startup environment is a plus.
