**Duties and responsibilities for a female staff member serving as both a digital marketer and telecaller for a UAE-based**:
1. Digital Marketing and Telecaller Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the company's software solutions in the UAE market.
- Manage social media platforms and online presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement with the target audience.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve online visibility and drive traffic.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Execute online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to generate leads and drive sales.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce software products, generate leads, and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing efforts and inbound inquiries via phone calls to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Provide detailed information about software products, features, and benefits to potential customers to facilitate the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company, demonstrating strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategies for integrated marketing and sales efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and sales to continuously improve performance.
