**Responsibilities:
- **
**Guest Check-in and Check-out**:Welcome guests upon arrival, complete check-in procedures, and provide necessary information about the property's amenities, services, and policies.
Assist guests with a smooth and efficient check-out process, settling bills, and ensuring accurate billing.
**Reservation Handling**:Manage reservations, both incoming and outgoing, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
Maintain a clear understanding of room availability, rates, and special packages.
**Guest Assistance**:Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously, either in person, over the phone, or through electronic communication.
**Concierge Services**:Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, entertainment, and other services.
Arrange transportation, tours, and other guest requests as needed.
**Front Desk Operations**:Manage the front desk area, including maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
Handle incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate individuals, and take messages as necessary.
**Payment Handling**:Process guest payments, including cash, credit card, and other forms of payment, ensuring accuracy and security.
**Guest Communication**:Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, conveying information accurately and professionally.
**Problem Resolution**:Address guest complaints and issues promptly, finding solutions to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
**Safety and Security**:Follow security and safety procedures, including checking guest identification, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring the safety of guests and their belongings.
**Shift Handover**:Provide detailed and accurate shift reports to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
**Upselling and Promotion**:Promote additional services, upgrades, and amenities to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
