**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Customer interaction: Manage customer relationships, respond to customer

enquiries, assist the customer with product specifications and costing, responsible

for the entire purchase process till the customer is satisfied.
- Customer Education: Recommend appropriate sports flooring or sports

equipment options to customers based on their requirement.
- Sales: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels,

upsell to existing customers, negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues related to CRM, customer login, customer

complaints regarding the trading platform or the product. Escalate complex issues

as necessary.
- Market Research and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer

interactions and transactions. Prepare reports on customer feedback and

recurring issues for internal review. Develop a deep understanding of customer

requirements to offer tailored solutions.

**EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certifications or courses in sales and customer relationship management are

advantageous.

**REQUIRED SKILLS/ No. OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in trading goods or sports

industry.
- Familiarity with trading platforms and CRM software and MS Office.
- Dynamic, strong communication, interpersonal skills and customer-focused

attitude.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi. Additional language is a plus.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of the sports infrastructure market is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
