**Job Type**: Full-time / Rotational Shifts

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer calls in a professional and courteous manner (inbound & outbound).
- Understand customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Accurately document call logs and case notes in the CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate technical team when necessary.
- Maintain daily and weekly performance metrics (calls handled, resolution rate, etc.).

**Qualifications / Skills**:

- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, typing).
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Graduate in any discipline — freshers are encouraged to apply.
