**Job Title: Print and Packaging Expert**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Print and Packaging Expert to join our team. As a Print and Packaging Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and production of print materials and packaging solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of our print and packaging processes.

**Job Type: Full Time**

**Location: Thergaon, Pune**

**Salary: Upto 25,000 + Transportation Allowances**

**Responsibilities**:

- Print Material Management:

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand print material requirements for various projects.
- Source and evaluate printing vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality print materials while adhering to project deadlines and budget constraints.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of print materials to prevent shortages or excess.
- Packaging Design and Development:

- Lead the design and development of innovative packaging solutions that align with brand identity and product requirements.
- Work closely with design teams to create packaging prototypes and samples for review and approval.
- Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of packaging materials to ensure durability, functionality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Optimize packaging designs for cost efficiency and environmental sustainability.
- Production Oversight:

- Coordinate with production facilities to implement print and packaging processes efficiently.
- Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
- Monitor production schedules and workflows to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of print and packaging operations.
- Compliance and Sustainability:

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to print and packaging.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as safety standards, labeling requirements, and environmental regulations.
- Champion sustainability efforts by recommending eco-friendly materials and processes and minimizing waste generation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related field.
- Proven 1 Year experience in print production, packaging design, or a similar role within the print and packaging industry.
- In-depth knowledge of printing processes, materials, and techniques.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of sustainability principles and practices in print and packaging is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
