We are seeking a talented and experienced Packaging Design Expert specializing in consumer products to join our innovative team. As a Packaging Design Expert, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing packaging solutions that effectively communicate brand identity, enhance product visibility, and resonate with target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end packaging design process from concept development to final production.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and manufacturing, to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape in packaging design.
- Translate brand guidelines, product specifications, and marketing objectives into creative and visually compelling packaging concepts.
- Develop mock-ups, prototypes, and 3D renderings to present design concepts and demonstrate packaging functionality.
- Ensure packaging designs comply with industry regulations, standards, and sustainability practices.
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and printers to select materials, finishes, and printing techniques that align with project budget and timelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and collaborate effectively with external design agencies, freelancers, and partners.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 3-4 years experience in packaging design for consumer products, preferably in industries such as food and beverage, cosmetics, or household goods.
- Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and printing technologies.
- Knowledge of sustainability principles and experience implementing eco-friendly packaging solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, typography, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also working independently on projects.
