**Tender Officer - G Cube Studio**

G Cube Studio is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tender Officer to join our team. The Tender Officer will be responsible for managing the entire tender process for various interior and construction projects. This role requires strong project management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify tender opportunities from both government (including GeM portal) and private sectors.
- Prepare and submit proposals, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and requirements.
- Oversee the end-to-end tender submission process, including documentation and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the design, project management, and finance teams to gather necessary inputs for tender submissions.
- Stay updated on tendering procedures and regulatory frameworks within the interior design and construction sectors.
- Analyze tender documents and communicate with clients to clarify requirements and expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing tenders, especially for government projects (knowledge of GeM portal and similar platforms is essential).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple submissions simultaneously.

**Liaison and Coordination**:

- Act as the main point of contact for all tender-related communications, including clarifications, questions, and updates.
- Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the tender process.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential projects and clients.
- Analyze tender results and feedback to improve future submissions and increase success rates.

**Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all tender submissions comply with the required legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain organized records of all tender submissions and outcomes.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on tender activities, including success rates, feedback, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the overall tendering strategy.
