We are hiring a Tender Executive to handle day-to-day operations related to tenders and documentation. The role involves preparing and submitting tenders, managing related paperwork, coordinating with departments, and ensuring timely communication with clients and authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Should have knowledge of cable manufacturing industry
  • Search, track, and manage government/PSU/private tender opportunities.
  • Prepare, organize, and submit tender documents as per requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of submitted and ongoing tenders.
  • Draft and send professional emails, letters, and communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documents, certifications, and approvals.
  • Use MS Word and Excel for documentation, reports, and data management.
  • Ensure deadlines are met with accuracy and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
