- Provide voice support to customers in Hindi language
- Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Meet and exceed performance targets
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends

**Salary**: ₹14,644.38 - ₹18,996.44 per month
