**Training Module:

- ** 45 Days of Training which include

Class Room Training of 2 Weeks & On the Job Training of 4 Weeks

**During Training Stipend to be provided to applicant:

- ** Rs. 37,000 Fixed + 6000 House Allowance

**BDA Roles and Responsibilities:

- **We all know about traditional boring classroom lectures which no more helping or exciting students to learn. So to work in the environment to upgrade the way of learning or studying experience of students.

1. Understand students learning need and advise the required solution to students or parents on their learning needs through structured counselling sessions.

2. Helping students and parents to understand the online learning.

3. Connect with them and explain about the online learning product as per they require.

4. Fix meeting schedule and brief about the complete product.

5. After explaining complete the deal as per their requirement of product.

**CTC:

- ** 10 LPA ( 7 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA incentives ) + Complete Travelling allowance.

**Basic Requirement:

- Own Laptop and Wi-Fi at home is mandatory.
- Immediate Joiner Preferred.
