**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored HVAC or ventilation system solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and site visits for potential clients.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Provide timely feedback to the technical and service teams regarding customer needs.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes.
- Maintain records of sales activities using CRM or company reporting tools.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
