**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and assess tender coconut farms to ensure optimal growth, yield, and quality.
- Identify and manage diseases, pests, and other field-level issues affecting coconut crops.
- Guide farmers on best practices for planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting.
- Evaluate different coconut varieties and recommend the most suitable ones based on soil and climate conditions.
- Maintain field records and provide regular reports on crop health, productivity, and improvements.

**Education Qualification**:

- M.Sc. in **Horticulture** (preferably in Fruit Science or Plantation Crops)

**Experience**:

- **1-2 years** of relevant experience in **farm management** or working with **tender coconut cultivation**

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of **tender coconut** quality parameters, varieties, and cultivation techniques
- Strong understanding of **plant diseases**, pest control, and nutrient management
- Ability to train and work closely with farmers to implement good agricultural practices (GAP)
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to farms regularly and work in field conditions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
