As a Farm Agronomist, the executive is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner.

a) Create strategies that increase crop production and crop management

b) Optimizing farm production and pest control

c) Assess and evaluate nutrient solution and grow media chemistry

d) Research & development of farming methods, crops & water-soluble nutrient formulations

e) Develop crop specific water-soluble nutrient mixes with own formulation

f) Review plant health and nutrition

g) Seed procurement and research

h) Develop methods of organic and bio pest-control

i) Implement quality initiatives to crops.

j) Keeping track of latest market trends in seeds and farming technologies

k) Obtaining maximum production at minimum cost with the use of organic/bio pesticides only and water-soluble nutrients

l) Responsible for the quality of produce grown/harvested

m) Responsible for the output (Kg) of harvested/packaged produce

n) Identification of new crops based on seed-to-harvest cycles and marketability

Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the executive.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,010.73 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Bengaluru - 560064, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
